PHILADELPHIA GIRLS ROWING CLUB

PGRC is the oldest structure on Boathouse row in Philadelphia (c. 1860). As a member of PGRC, the oldest women’s rowing club in existence, Judith Repp designed and oversaw construction of exterior boat racks and stabilization of the interior boat bay and cupola structures. She and another PGRC member teamed up to create a Master Plan to take the club well into the future.
